This is the Poulet rôti (roast chicken) Bánh mì in our OG stand on rue Jean Pierre Timbaud. It features juicy roasted chicken with kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce and lemongrass mayonnaise, with house made pickled carrot and daikon, maggi and white pepper. Optional fresh cut chills and our signature sriracha.
